    • Adding a review

      Our review system is short and sweet and there is only 2 important things to remember in order for your review to be published: Email address and Visit Date. Without this info review will NOT be published.
      Before publishing your review, we will email you to confirm it.
      Don't worry, your privacy is very important to us. We will NOT share your contact details with anyone and your email address will NOT be visible to users of our site.

    • What makes a great review?

      While there aren't any hard and fast rules around reviews, your reviews should be based on your personal experiences. Be honest, constructive and helpful and try to stay objective.

      When writing your reviews, feel free to add a bit of humour, tell a story – remember your review may help others shape their choices.

    • What happens after I submit my review?

      We will email you within 24 hours of receiving your review, asking you to confirm it. As soon as we receive the confirmation your review will be published on our site. Reviews are generally published within 24 hours.

    • Can I change/edit my reviews or add another review?

      It's your review, you are welcome to update or change it at any time as well as add another review.
      To change/edit review, please email us stating your existing Review Title and the changes you would like to apply.
      Keep in mind that any change you make, puts your review back into our moderation system and changes are subject to the same rules as your original review.

    • Why is my review not showing?

      We maybe waiting for you to confirm your review. Check your email as we might have some feedback for you.

      We do moderate all reviews. If your review contains bad language, or is slanderous we reserve the right not to publish it. Don't worry, you always get a chance to edit & resubmit your review.
